Electronic Control Unit

The Steering ECU (Electronic Control Unit) is the core component of Electric Power Steering (EPS). It receives various vehicle signals and controls the steering motor, serving as the “brain” behind intelligent steering functions.

Torque Sensor  (Contact& Non-Contact)

Steering sensors monitor steering status and driver-applied torque in real time, providing accurate data to the controller. They are essential for assist level adjustment, steering feel tuning, and automatic return-to-center functionality.

Simple structure, cost-effective, with shorter lifespan and requires periodic maintenance (brush replacement).
Application: Lightweight vehicles, such as small electric cars, electric three-wheelers, and microcars.

Brushless Motor C-EPS

Long lifespan, high efficiency, virtually maintenance-free, with software-adjustable steering assist characteristics.
Application: Passenger cars and mid-to-high-end models, including sedans, SUVs, and electric four-wheel vehicles.

Assistance: 70–87 Nm
Collapse Force: ≤ 4000 N
